Description
Green Cleaner – Natural Spider Mite & Powdery Mildew Control
Green Cleaner is a concentrated, all-natural plant wash designed to control spider mites, their eggs and powdery mildew. Suitable for plants at every stage—from rooted clones and mother plants through flowering and harvest—it provides reliable protection without requiring specialised protective equipment.
Unlike many conventional treatments, Green Cleaner works through direct contact, helping reduce the risk of spider mites developing resistance. It washes mites and eggs from plant surfaces while removing visible powdery mildew from affected leaves.
A 2 oz bottle makes approximately 1–4 gallons (3.8–15 litres) of ready-to-use solution, depending on the required application strength.

How to Mix Green Cleaner
Shake the concentrate extremely well before measuring.
Add the required amount to water and mix thoroughly again. Continue shaking or agitating the spray solution every few minutes during application to keep the ingredients evenly blended.
For best coverage, use a pressurised pump sprayer adjusted to the finest practical mist.
How to Apply
Spray the entire plant thoroughly, including:
- Upper and lower leaf surfaces
- Stems and branches
- Areas where leaves join the stem
- Pots, trays and nearby growing surfaces
Green Cleaner works through direct contact, so complete coverage is essential. Missing even a small area may allow mites or eggs to remain.
Switch off the main grow lights before spraying indoor plants. Allow plants to dry completely before turning the lights back on. For outdoor applications, spray early in the morning and avoid applying during intense heat or direct sunlight.
Spider Mite Treatment Tips
For the best results, treat spider mites before flowering or during early flowering. Quarantine and inspect every new plant before introducing it into the grow room.
Remove unhealthy, curled, dry or yellowing leaves and dispose of them away from the growing area. Do not leave affected plant material on the floor or near other plants.
If possible, temporarily reduce the grow room temperature to approximately 18°C. Cooler conditions may slow both plant growth and pest reproduction. Return the room to its normal temperature once the infestation is under control.
Clean hands, gloves and equipment between plants to avoid spreading mites throughout the growing area.
Late Flowering Precautions
Avoid repeatedly applying a strong mixture to late-flowering plants during the final weeks before harvest. A lighter mixture applied more frequently may be more appropriate.
Spray accessible plant surfaces thoroughly, but do not attempt to saturate the inside of dense flowers. Always allow plants to dry properly after treatment.
