Jack chain can be used to support many heavy items in your grow room with ease, providing it has secure fixings to hang from. Ventilation fans, carbon filters and of course heavy lighting reflectors can all be hung with Jack Chain.
If you intend to hang your grow light reflector at a fixed height, the best solution is to use some Jack chain. If you intend to adjust the height of your reflector regularly the best option is to use a pair of Yoyo reflector hangers or rope ratchets
