Neem Meal, derived from the azadirachta indica tree seed, is a fantastic botanical source of nutrients that boasts a balanced macro and micro nutrient profile. This sustainable source of green manure is created after the oil is pressed from the seed.
It is packed with pest-resisting limonoids that function as an anti-feedent and interrupt the breeding and egg-laying of pests. Additionally, Neem meal aids in nitrogen fixation by reducing ammonium and nitrate oxidizers.
For topdressing, apply 1/2 cup per container or 1 cup per square meter in raised beds. To create a soil tea or foliar spray, soak 1/2 to 1 full cup of Neem meal in 20L of clean water for 24 hours, stirring occasionally. If using as a foliar, strain the solution and spray all leaf surfaces, top and bottom. When watering into soil, use the same watering technique as usual.
